KLM Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy was the ministry that birthed Kingdom Living Ministries. Today, the Leadership Academy consists of 24 lessons on many areas of leadership including effective communication, conflict resolution, identifying spiritual gifts, leading with a whole heart, and so many more.  Leadership Academy classes are offered locally in the local church via recorded video at a minimal fee per student.

Local Facilitators will be trained via a 3 session live Facilitator Training course online via a video call platform.  The Facilitator can then choose to offer the course in a three month, six month, or twelve month period and host a graduation ceremony at the end of the class awarding students with a “Certificate in Leadership Excellence”.
